This kit has everything you need to create your own automatically controlled automatic watering system.
In addition to learning how the system’s components work, you’ll also learn programming thanks to the included Arduino microcontroller (ATmega328 UNO).
After connecting all the components, you’ll be able to keep an eye on your plant’s ideal humidity level, with the in-soil humidity sensor. If the humidity level is too low, the system activates a pump to supply water to your thirsty plant. The OLED display shows the humidity value and the status of the water level sensor. A button allows manual operation of the peristaltic pump if the water level is sufficient. Furthermore, thanks to the water level sensor in the water tank, the pump will never operate if the water level is too low.
The kit includes a template for making a flowerpot holder from the packaging box, and a wiring diagram for connecting all the electronic components to the Arduino.
