Terms and conditions

  • All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
  • Funique reserves the right to cancel and refund any transaction.
  • The estimated dates of delivery indicated are provided by Canada Post. The current guarantees apply (as of July 2020: all Canada Post guarantees are suspended until further notice, Funique cannot be held responsible for the delays incurred by this situation.
  • Any defective product will be replaced by the manufacturer or Funique within the first 30 days of purchase. Depending on the product, the manufacturer can offer additional guarantees.
  • Exchange or return of a product in good condition: the buyer must pay the shipping costs. Following our evaluation of the product and if not unpacked, we will be able to make a refund of the cost of the product with taxes (excluding delivery costs).
  • According to Canada Post’s terms and conditions, any unclaimed package after 2 weeks or due to an error in the delivery address, the parcel will be returned to us. In one of these contingencies, the buyer must pay the delivery fee again in order to receive the order.
  • All products sold by Funique are not for children under 3 years old, keep away from toddlers.
  • Once the order is sent, it may be impossible to cancel because sometimes the parcels are shipped within the same hour. In case the package has not been shipped, we can cancel the transaction and refund the total cost. To request a cancellation of an order, or for any other reason, please contact us at info@funique.ca.
