What to expect next…
1. When transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with invoice. If you don’t receive your confirmation email within a few minutes (max. 10), it is important that you contact us to verify that the order has been received (but check spam folder first).
2. When order is shipped (maximum 2 open days after, unless you have chosen a backordered item), you will receive an email with your tracking number.
3. Don’t be fooled by the packaging…we carefully wrap your orders with reused boxes and packaging material gathered from local companies (so boxes of all sorts), in order to keep our ecological footprint to a minimum.
4. About a week later (on average), you then receive an email to insure your entire satisfaction with our service and products.
